The essentials you need for the perfect morning routine

This post is going to help you get a general idea of what your morning routine should look like.



Design your day with ease

Waking up at 6-7 am is hard but it will help you a lot in the long run. If you are not comfortable with w waking up that early then do what's best for you. When you wake up in the morning you are going to want to it that snooze button, but do not do it. get up and start your day. When you wake up in the morning do not check your phone. Go as long as you can in the morning without looking at your phone. The way you start your morning can set the mood for your whole day.


  • Brush your teeth.

  • Journal, meditate or have your time with God.

  • Make your bed.

  • Make your coffee, tea, and breakfast.

  • Plan out your day.

  • Workout

  • Get ready for the day, shower, do your skincare, and get dressed.

  • Take your vitamins.

  • Make sure you hydrate, sleeping with a water bottle next to your bed will help with this.

  • Read it can be for 5 minutes or you can do 5 pages.

You do not have to follow your morning routine in this order. Start slow if you do not have a routine already. Try to move things around to see what works best for you. You do not have to get up early if you do not want to. Planning out your day and making sure your day has some type of structure will help you get things done and feel more accomplished. For me, this is my exact routine and I love it. It took me a while to figure out where to get started and find my comfort time to get up. It will also help if you can schedule a day for you to sleep in and you do not have to follow your routine you can have a lazy morning but do not let that become a habit.
