Springtime Reset

Spring is here! Here are some things that may help you with your seasonal reset.

It is becoming that time of the year. The weather is getting warmer our days are getting longer, and thankfully they are going to stay that way. The trees are getting their leaves again, butterflies, bees, and flowers are coming back out. It is time for spring! We love to see a season change because for some of us it means that we are resetting our lives. If you’re not sure where to start, then I’m here to help you.

Reset Your Goals

Have you already accomplished some of your goals this year? If you, have you may want to make some new ones or change a few of them. If you have found yourself struggling with your goals for the first 3 months of the year change them. Take a step back and look at what you have done. If it is not working for you grab your notebook, planner, or computer and revise your goals. It’s okay to make changes and it’s okay to stop working on different ones.


The most famous reset of springtime is spring cleaning. You’re going to sit down and make a list for each section of your house. Say you cleaning your bedrooms and for those, you can do:

  • Clean closet

  • Wash curtains

  • Rotate mattress

  • Clean tv

  • Clean windows

  • Wash/ change bedding

  • Dust and polish furniture

  • Change décor

After this, you will do something similar for the other parts of your house. I have also made you guys a free printable to help you out.


It is allergy season. Get your allergy medicine if you have seasonal allergies. You may want to change your workouts and start doing your workouts outside. You could sign up for yoga classes outside, take bike rides or go for walks. If you haven’t started yet you can start to eat healthier. Change your skincare and makeup routines. You should switch to lighter weight moisturizer and if you haven’t been doing so add sunscreen to your routine. For my lighter girls, you can start spray tanning or self-tanning. You can start a new journal or look up spring journaling prompts.


With spring comes the pretty pastel colors, if your house is neutral then this is going to be easy you can add a few different colored flowers, change the comforter you have on the bed, add different colored pillows. Adding lighter colors to your house will give it a different feel. Open your windows and let natural lighting in. Change the candles and plugs that you’re using. The smell of the house helps set the mood
